I read somewhere or watched some reel that discussed self love. It was interesting because it discussed doing what you could even if you planned more. Sometimes self care and self love means doing just what you can and not holding yourself to unreal standards. That it was okay to do just type a sentence or even looking at your statistics, no matter that your plan was to create a new project with all parts added and each video edited together. That it is okay when your teenager decided he wants to watch Gilmore Girls and hang out in the livingroom with you to alter your plans and do it.

I took the hour he used to wash dishes to plan my next “How to” even filmed two before clips to create my first reel and tried the fix I planned to video. Alas he was done before more progress could be made. Which means Frankie gets to hold us to the couch while we spend the afternoon watching Gilmore Girls. ***I love my boys. ***
